To begin exporting your documents, simply navigate to the Export File option. With just one click, you’ll have access to various export options. Whether you want to export a scope, a timeline, or even multiple documents at once, this tool has got you covered.
Choose the Specific Content You Want to Export
Let’s say we want to export a document with a cover page, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and the contract. You can select these documents and proceed to choose the specific content you want to export. In this case, we only want to export the published content, so we can easily select that option from the dropdown menu:
Request a Signature for Review and Authorization
Once you have made your desired selections, you have the option to request a signature. This feature is particularly useful when you need to obtain approvals from stakeholders. By requesting a signature, you can ensure that the exported document is reviewed and authorized by the relevant parties.
Automatic Formatting and Status Tracking
The signatories would receive an email with a link to the document. When they click on the link, they will be directed to the signature panel. Here, they can draw (or type) their eSignature, confirming their agreement to the document. All eSignatures will be collected and displayed on the signature page.
