What counts as a project?
A project is one job in Plannerly - its plans, scope, documents, files and team, all in one place. Free and Pro both include five.
Finished with one? Archiving a project you have finished makes room for a new one. On Pro you can also add more: each project beyond five is $49/month for your bundle.
What's the difference between an editor and a viewer?
Editors create and change the work. Viewers can see everything you share with them.
On Free, the account owner is the only person who can edit, and everyone they invite can view the work. Pro and Company have unlimited editors and viewers - in your company and in the companies you work with.
How does the free trial work?
Create your free account, then start your 14-day Pro trial from the plans page with one click - or try a paid feature, such as processing a model, sending a document for signature, adding a second editor or putting your own branding on an export, and we'll offer it to you there. One model is included. No card, no automatic charge, and nothing starts until you say yes. There's one trial per account.
When it ends, everything you've made is yours to keep, and everyone editing keeps editing. New exports carry Plannerly branding again until you move to Pro.
How much storage do I get?
Free holds 100 MB of project files, Pro includes 50 GB, and Company storage is agreed for your organization.
If an upload would take a Free account past its limit, we'll offer you the trial or Pro - and everything already uploaded stays where it is.
What if I need more projects?
Add them as your work grows. On Pro, each project beyond five is $49/month for your bundle - the more modules in your bundle, the more each extra project covers.
Running lots of projects across an organization? Company lets you agree the number with us.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is paid by card, monthly or yearly - yearly is ten months up front, so two months are free. Company can use your quote, purchase order and invoice workflow.
Prices show in the currency for your location. Buying for an office in another country? Talk to us and we will sort it out.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from your account's subscription settings - Plannerly confirms before anything changes. Your paid access carries on until your renewal date, then the account moves to Free, and your projects and files stay where they are.
