Are you excited about the conference this year? It’s coming up soon and this year it will be in person!
Autodesk University is the world’s largest gathering of Autodesk users, partners, and employees.
And this year, it’s in a NEW location!
That’s right, NOT in Las Vegas this year! ????
This year it will be in New Orleans! ⚜️

2. My 10 Do’s and Don’ts For This Year’s Conference
Ok, so in addition to the conference, New Orleans has a lot to offer but here’s my consolidated TODO list ✅ of what you must do while at the conference ????
Try to check off as much as you can while you are in New Orleans!
- Let’s start with an easy but important one, this year’s conference will be held in person in New Orleans – so if you’re a creature of habit, don’t set off to Vegas by mistake!!
- Do extend your stay by a couple of days – to enjoy everything that New Orleans has to offer!
- Do take a cruise on the Mississippi
- Do go to the opening keynote – usually, it sets a great tone for the rest of the conference
- Do see a parade – or even better, be in your own parade!
- Do try a classic New Orleans cocktail/mocktail
- Do go to the conference final night party ????
- Do visit the Expo hall – some think that the Autodesk Expo Hall is one of the best parts of the conference – this is where you’ll find Team Plannerly when we’re not dancing in Bourbon Street ???? ???? – it’s also the place to be if you want to learn about the latest products and services, the networking opportunities are endless, and you can connect with other Autodesk partners like Plannerly to learn about what’s new with them too!
- Do eat beignets at the famous Café du Monde
