What we ask of partners who resell
1. Support customer success
Guide onboarding, get your customer using at least one core module - Docs, Scope, Verify or File Manager - in the first 30 days, and encourage training for their champions.
2. Drive expansion
Join a yearly usage review to find new projects, users or modules, and help your customer scale to new teams, locations and workflows.
3. Share the story
In the first year, help us celebrate your customer: a short quote and logo for a joint case study, or a 20-minute interview we write up. Co-hosting a webinar is a bonus.
4. Maintain the relationship
You stay the customer's main contact unless we agree otherwise. If we see no activity from you for over 12 months, we may pause the commission until you're involved again.
