What you'll do

  1. Open Activity. My feed shows what involves you: mentions, assignments and replies.
  2. Read the reason on each card, for example Assigned to you.
  3. Turn on Show new only, then select a card to go straight to it.
  4. Switch to Project feed to see everything happening on the project.
  5. Select Mark all as read and you are all caught up.

Why it matters

Projects keep moving when you are away. Seeing what needs you first means you reply sooner and nothing waits on you by accident.

Common questions

What is the difference between My feed and Project feed?

My feed is personal to you. Project feed shows all the activity on the project that you have access to.

Why is my feed empty?

Nothing new involves you, or your notification preference is set to My work.
