What counts as a project?
A project is one job in Plannerly - its plans, scope, documents, files and team, all in one place. Free and Pro both include five. Finished with one? Archiving a project you have finished makes room for a new one. On Pro you can also add more: each project beyond five is $49 a month for a one-module bundle, and the more modules in your bundle, the more each extra project covers.
What's the difference between an editor and a viewer?
Editors create and change the work. Viewers see everything you share with them. On Free, the account owner is the only editor and everyone they invite can view. Pro and Company have unlimited editors and viewers, including the other companies on your projects.
How does the free trial work?
Create your free account, then start your 14-day Pro trial with one click - or try a paid feature, such as checking a model, sending a document for signature, adding a second editor or putting your own branding on an export, and we'll offer it to you there. One model is included. No card, no automatic charge, and nothing starts until you say yes. There's one trial per account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Everything you made is yours to keep, and everyone editing keeps editing. New exports carry Plannerly branding again, and your AI and model allowances go back to what Free includes, until you move to Pro.
How much storage do I get?
Free holds 100 MB of project files, Pro includes 50 GB, and Company storage is agreed for your organisation. If an upload would take a Free account past its limit, we'll offer you the trial or Pro - and everything already uploaded stays where it is.
Which modules should I choose?
Pick the work you run: Docs for plans, BEPs and contracts, Scope for deliverables, LOD and the responsibility matrix, and Verify for model checking against your requirements, in over 60 model file formats. One module is enough to start; add more when you need them.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is paid by card, monthly or yearly - yearly is ten months up front, so two months are free. Company can use your quote, purchase order and invoice workflow. Prices show in the currency for your location in the app; buying for an office in another country? Talk to us and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from your account's subscription settings - Plannerly confirms before anything changes. Your paid access carries on until your renewal date, then the account moves to Free, and your projects and files stay where they are.
How do I get a Company plan?
Company pricing is agreed with you, so it starts with a conversation. Ask about the Company plan and our assistant, Emma, answers what's included while a person from the Plannerly team gets in touch about pricing.
Can you help us roll ISO 19650 out across the company?
Yes. The ISO 19650 60-day programme takes an organisation from where it is to ready, with training and certification on the way, and the free ISO 19650 for Companies course gives you the audit checklist to start from.
Do you work with partners?
Yes. Consultancies that implement Plannerly for their clients can join the Certified Partner Program.
Do you work with universities?
