Do we have to use AI in Plannerly?

No. Every job works without it: write documents yourself or from the templates, import your Word files or add scope rows by hand, and the model checks and reminders don't use AI at all. AI is there when it saves you time. See how Docs works.

Can we switch AI off for our company or a project?

That's coming soon: you'll be able to turn AI off for your whole company or for one project. Until then, every job works without it, so nobody has to use AI to get their work done.

Does anything AI writes go in without someone checking it?

You stay in charge of what it writes. In Docs, rewrites such as Correct, Expand and Simplify wait for you to confirm them. Write my section and Summarize add their text to the section you asked about, and the document's version history keeps the before and after, so you can undo it. Import with AI shows you what it found before anything is created. Our terms say the same: your team reviews and approves what AI produces before relying on it.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Plannerly doesn't train AI models on your projects, documents or files, and the AI providers it uses don't train theirs on them either. How we protect your data.

Where is our data stored?

In the region your company chooses: the European Union, the United States or Canada. Each region runs on its own systems, with its own databases and file storage, so your projects are never stored with another region's. Choosing your region is part of the Company plan. Ask about the Company plan.

Can we use our own AI with Plannerly?

That's coming soon: you'll be able to connect the AI your company has approved, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through Plannerly MCP. It will sign in as you, so it will see only what you can see in Plannerly.

What will Javis be able to see?

Only what you can. Javis, coming soon, will work with your own project permissions and check them again before every answer. It will only read, it won't change anything in your project, and it will only work when someone asks it a question.

Is AI included in the Free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes an AI allowance, and Pro adds more. You never have to use it. See pricing.
