How Plannerly fits together

This video explains how Plannerly is organized - account, workspaces and projects - so you can set your company up once instead of project by project.

What you'll do

  1. See the three levels: your account (for example Ridgeline Group), the workspaces inside it, and the projects inside each workspace.
  2. Open Account Settings, top right.
  3. Look through the sections an admin uses: Subscription, Settings, Account Admins, Account members and Account notification policy.

Why it matters

Setting tools up one project at a time means repeating the same work and losing track of who can see what. Set standards, people and plan once at the top, and every project builds on them.

Common questions

What is a workspace in Plannerly?

A group of projects inside your account, for example by office, region or type of work. Each workspace has its own admins.

Who can use Account Settings?

Account admins make the changes. Anyone else who tries to change something is told they need to be an account administrator.
