What you'll do

  1. Open Account Settings, then Settings, then Page Setup and select Add New.
  2. Name it, choose the paper size and set the margins.
  3. Tick Default for new projects and save.
  4. Open Text Styles, select Edit, pick a style such as Header 1 and set its size.
  5. Save. Projects are offered the change and take it when ready.

Why it matters

When each project team sets up its own pages and fonts, a company's documents never quite match. Agree the standard once and it is the same everywhere. A new project starts on your page, and the first thing a client opens looks like one company made it, not whichever team set it up.

Common questions

Who can set the page size and text styles?

Account admins, in Account Settings.

Do live projects change straight away?

No. Each project is offered the update and chooses when to take it.
