What you'll do

  1. On the Projects page, open the project's menu and choose Duplicate project....
  2. Name the new project and choose what to copy - documents and scope.
  3. Open Advanced settings for teams, files and project settings.
  4. Select Create. Plannerly builds the copy in the background and emails you when it's ready.

Why it matters

You keep what you got right last time, and leave the old mistakes and sign-offs behind. Nobody is invited, and signatures and approvals start fresh, so you get a clean, editable start.

Common questions

Why can't I see Duplicate project?

You need to manage the project, and the project must not be archived.

Why did my copy fail?

Copies support up to 100 MB per file and 500 MB in total. Untick Actual files under Advanced settings, or choose fewer files.
