What you'll do

  1. On the project dashboard, open Teams to see the teams already there.
  2. Select Add Team.
  3. Enter the Team Name, choose its Role, and upload its logo.
  4. Tick Prospective Team if the firm is not appointed yet.
  5. Select Save. The team is ready for its people.

Why it matters

On a busy project you should not have to ask which Tom is the architect. Teams set out clearly from day one are the delivery team structure ISO 19650 is built around.

Common questions

What does Prospective Team mean?

The team is not appointed yet, so its people only see what prospective teams are allowed to see.

Who can add a team?

People with permission to manage teams, usually project managers.
