What you'll do

  1. On the Projects page, select Workspace below your projects and name it - by office, region or type of work, for example Healthcare.
  2. Open the workspace's settings to choose its administrators with Add Administrator.
  3. Open Project Members to see everyone on every project in the workspace.
  4. Make someone a Viewer, or remove them, on all their projects at once.

Why it matters

When someone leaves, you change their access in one place, not project by project. Workspace admins can create projects and look after their people without holding the keys to the whole account.

Common questions

Who can create a workspace?

Account admins. If you do not see the Workspace button, check with one of them.

Can I delete a workspace?

Only when it has no projects left inside.
