What you'll do

  1. When a job ends, open the project's menu on the Projects page, choose Archive and confirm.
  2. Tick Archived to see finished jobs again.
  3. Choose Unarchive from the menu if the job comes back.
  4. To delete, archive first, then choose Delete Project and type the project's name.

Why it matters

Finished projects pile up and the live ones get harder to find. Archiving clears the way, and on Free and Pro it frees a project slot, while nothing is lost.

Archiving is the safe default: use it when a job ends, and keep deleting for the rare project you are certain nobody will need again.

Common questions

Why is Delete Project greyed out?

A project must be archived before it can be deleted. Archive it first.

Can I open an archived project?

Not until you unarchive it. It is stored safely, but sealed.
