What you'll do

  1. Open Template Management under Settings in Account Settings.
  2. Switch off Show Plannerly templates in project Libraries once you have your own templates.
  3. Switch on the workspace that holds your company templates.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Open a project's Docs Library and check it offers exactly those sources.

Why it matters

When teams copy an old project, out-of-date wording travels from job to job. Choosing the sources once means every project starts from documents you have approved, instead of whatever was copied last time. Only account admins can change this, and it does not alter documents that already exist. Keep Plannerly's templates switched on until your own are ready.

Common questions

Can I bring Plannerly's templates back?

Yes. Switch them on again in Template Management and save.

Why can't my team see our templates?

The workspace holding them must be switched on and saved in Template Management.
