What you'll do

  1. On the new project, select Copy team members.
  2. Choose the project to copy from - in the video, Brightwater Library.
  3. Pick the teams you want; their people come with them.
  4. Check Access for new members, then copy.
  5. Open Teams to see the teams set up and everyone invited.

Why it matters

Most of your next project's team worked on your last one. Copying them takes under a minute instead of a Monday morning of typing. Teams that already exist on the new project are reused, and people already on it keep their current access.

Common questions

Does everyone get an invitation?

Yes, new members are invited. People already on the project keep their access.

Is there a limit?

You can copy up to 100 people at a time.
