What you'll do

  1. In Account Settings, open Autodesk Secure Service Account and select Enable SSA.
  2. Follow the steps to add Plannerly in your Autodesk admin, then select Continue.
  3. Select Enable and switch.
  4. Confirm the section reads Enabled in Plannerly.

Why it matters

Every Autodesk connection in the account now runs through the service account, and nobody's personal login is involved. Access that belongs to the company is how project information should be secured. Models are not deleted by the switch, and you can disable SSA later to go back to the previous connection method.

Common questions

Who does the Autodesk part?

Your Autodesk admin adds Plannerly in the hub and invites the service account to the projects.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, with Disable SSA. Connections return to the previous method.
