What you'll do

  1. Click into an empty section, open AI Tools in the editor toolbar and choose Write my section.
  2. Read the draft. It comes from the section's description and the rest of the document. Keep it with Save & close.
  3. Select a rough paragraph, open AI tools and choose Professional tone.
  4. Choose Confirm to keep the change or Undo to go back.

Why it matters

A first draft in seconds beats a blank page at six in the evening. You still check it against what your team has actually agreed.

Common questions

Does Write my section have a Confirm step?

No. The draft goes straight into the editor. The selection tools such as Professional tone show Confirm or Undo.

Why does it say my account reached its limit of AI usages?

Your account has used its AI allowance. An account admin can check the plan.
