Export your MIDP, each team's TIDP and a RACI matrix
This video shows you how to export your master information delivery plan (MIDP), each team's own plan (TIDP) and a RACI matrix straight from your Scope, instead of rebuilding them in Excel.
What you'll do
- Open Export in Scope, choose Scope Data, leave it on All Teams and select Create. That Excel file is your MIDP, with one sheet per milestone.
- Narrow the teams filter to one team, for example Structural, to get that team's TIDP.
- For a PDF, choose Document and tick RACI Matrix.
Why it matters
The plan you share is the plan you are working to, not a copy that went stale last week. Next: what each task must contain.
Common questions
Is there a MIDP button?
No. The MIDP is the Scope Data export for all teams, and a TIDP is the same export for one team.
Why is the RACI Matrix option missing?
It shows only when Show RACI roles is on in the project's Roles settings.
