Lesson 38 of 40

Review deliveries and see progress

This video shows you how to review and approve delivered files and see what is still outstanding without a meeting, in a few clicks.

What you'll do

  1. Tick the delivered files and set their Status: In Review, then Approved or Declined.
  2. Open Charts, then File delivery status, to see the whole picture.
  3. Click Requested to see only what is still missing.
  4. On the project home, choose Download report (PDF) for the meeting pack.

Why it matters

A common data environment only works if information is approved before others rely on it. A status on every file makes that visible, and a live chart replaces the weekly meeting about what is outstanding.

Common questions

Is Delivered the same as Approved?

No. Delivered means the file arrived. Approved is a review status you set.

Who can set a status?

Anyone with the Manage Files permission.
