What you'll do

  1. Open the task in Scope, then select Comments.
  2. Type your question and use @ and a name to bring a teammate in.
  3. Select Send message. Your teammate is notified and the question stays with the task.
  4. Once it is answered, mark it Resolve.
  5. For anything not about one task, use the chat button and New chat.

Why it matters

Decisions kept next to the work they are about are decisions you can find again. Nobody has to dig through two email threads to learn what was agreed about the doors.

Common questions

How do I @mention someone?

Type @ and the first letters of their name, then pick them from the list.

Why can't I comment on a task?

You may not have access to that task or module. Ask a project manager to check your access.
