What you'll do

  1. As the task team, drag the file into File Manager.
  2. Review the upload. Plannerly matches the file to the request by name. Select Upload.
  3. The request changes from Requested to Delivered on every task that asked for it, in every milestone.
  4. The person waiting for it is told.

Why it matters

Deliver once and everywhere that needs the file is up to date. The person waiting hears about it straight away, so nobody has to chase and nobody has to update the same requirement in five places by hand.

Common questions

What if it says New file?

That is normal for a first delivery. Check that the request changed to Delivered; if not, rename the file to the request's name and extension.

Does Delivered mean approved?

No. It means the file has arrived. Review and approval come next.
