What you'll do

  1. Open Verify and drop your model onto Upload File.
  2. Select Upload and wait for Model ready.
  3. On Autodesk Forma, choose Autodesk Forma and connect the model instead.
  4. Open the model beside the task board.

Why it matters

Models arrive by email, by link and in shared folders. One uploaded model, reviewed in one place, ends the argument about which one is current.

Common questions

Which files can I upload?

Common model files such as IFC and Revit. The Upload File card lists every supported type. You do not need an Autodesk sign-in to upload from your computer; that is only for connecting from Autodesk Forma.

Who can upload?

People with the manage models permission. Managers and Editors have it by default; if you only see an explanation of Verify, ask a Manager.
